Multiple locations drive time
If a moving crew needs to drive from your first location to your second location you will need to figure drive time into your requested hours.
10-25 miles add 1/2 hr
25-50 miles add 1 hrs
Carry distance to truck
The distance from your place to the rental truck or the storage unit to the truck is a huge factor into the time needed to complete the job.
Under 20 ft add 0 hrs
20-50 ft add 1/2 hr - 1 hr
50+ ft add 1-2 hrs
Stairs
Add 1 hour per flight of stairs.

- Two hour minimum on most jobs – please ask
- Piano and gun safe delivery is $75 extra (3-4 mover minimum)
- $25 travel fee outside of Denver Metro Area.
- 5.0% processing fee for credit cards
- There are no additional or surprise fees
- Booked hours are your minimum. If you book over the time it takes to complete the job; you are still required to pay the hours you took off the calendar.
Coverage: We guarantee safe loading and unloading of all your products for "full moves only". Protection covers damage to your belongings caused by our crew. Customer loading and unloading assistance voids coverage. Please allow the movers to safely handle your items. Damaged items must be submitted the same day of the move while crew is present, please check your items before the move is fully completed. Claims submitted after the crew has left will not be covered. Reimbursement is based on the decision of our claim team after analyzing claim and crew statements.
Damage to your home: as much as we want to be perfect, we are human and incident occur. We will handle repairs of any deep scratches on the floors or holes on the walls. Please protect your own carpet and floor if you wish to not purchase our floor protection. We will not replace, we will only repair by using a trusted and reliable handyman service.
No refunds on services. If you prepay for a move and cancel, you will get a move credit voucher. No exceptions. Same day cancellations are subject to fees. All invoices must be paid the same day of the move to avoid late daily fees.
We do not cover damages on "Labor Only" services as we are not the ones bringing any equipment. You are responsible for the items, your floors, walls, and doors on all labor only services. Please have blankets and shrink wrap ready on labor only moves to prevent any damage.
